Long-Term Running Goals: Olympic 1600,3200,5000 Personal: im 15 years old and i love to run. i've trained with the cross country team for three years and im holdin strong :) i also teach drum set at home and i enjoy chillen with my friends. |

| today was not a very good race. I felt really good the first 2 and a half laps. for some reason i always lose it on the third lap. I always feel like i have the perfect pace until then. I got a 5:20 mile. For region i really want to break 5. |

| Wow.....its been a long time sense i have recorded my miles haha well saturday me and my cousin Kendrek went on a run so we could warm up for Region track on wednesday. it felt really good to finally fun before the heat comes in haha. If anyone has any racing tips for region that would be great... lately i havent been able to race and i do more pacing even on the mile. I need some tips | |

| I ran to Tuacahn along the dike. really pushed my self hard. At Tuacahn i took a break and stretched out then ran home. I really like to run when the sun is setting because its not so hot out side haha........ the heat is killer |

| tonight (9:30) i went on a quicker paced run.... my stomach was hurting me from earlier.... today my diet wasn't so good DIET: Cookies, Brownies, Peanut butter bars, gatorade..... OH YA the total olympian diet :) after the first mile it stopped hurting though so i felt fine.... I have to eat better haha | |

| It felt like a really good run haha. The first 5 miles i kept up a pretty good pace. I tried to stay focused as much as i could. The last 2 I slowed down my pace to cool down. Really good run today im pretty excited for cross country, I want to see how i do. :) |
